We encourage agents to operate as an LLC or S-Corp where it makes sense, and we'll point you toward setting that up. Most brokerages don't help with this. We see agents as business owners. Of course, you should also connect with your CPA or financial advisor.
Transaction & compliance support across three states
Jenny Hook and our transaction support team help keep your files clean. Operating across Washington, Idaho, and Oregon means there are three sets of rules you are not navigating alone. She can advise you on personal assistant or additional transaction coordinator that interface with your clients as needed. However, our support team was created in the early days with no additional fee so you can interface with your clients and stop the data entry.
