About Tara Pease

Tara brings over 25 years of customer service experience, a background in records management as well as her degrees in business and marketing to our Operations Team. She is a licensed broker, who came to the real estate world over four years ago and started out as a Transaction Coordinator. Tara’s love of learning and figuring things out makes her a go-to resource at BCR. With a positive attitude, she shares her knowledge with others and is always available to help. She fully believes in finding a balance between work and personal life. In doing so, Tara enjoys working with her husband to improve their home; spending time with their St. Bernard and chicken; and bird watching in the garden, when she’s not getting dirt under her fingernails. Their lives have been enriched by opening their hearts and home to international students and foster children. A little unknown fact to ask Tara is about her being part of a Guinness World Record.
