Top 10% of real estate transaction sides for the company from Jan-Dec. These select real estate agents are invited to our Top Producer Celebration dinner in January, and are provided with awards, social media badges, and bragging rights for the next year.
Leading Edge
Top 20% of our real estate firm for closed transaction sides. These real estate agents are invited to our Leading Edge event mixer where they can network with their peers, gain, social media recognition and learn from our Premier guest speaker.
Broker of the Year
This real estate agent is recognized at our Top Producer event for the most transactions during the year. They are provided with a framed certificate, a social media badge and an opportunity to give an acceptance speech.
Rookie of the Year
This real estate agent is recognized on social media as our Rookie of the Year. They chosen by our staff based on a combination of their production and the effort they have shown to build their business. They are provided with a framed certificate and a social media badge.

Make It Rain Office Displays
Each office has a raindrop display board on the wall with our real estate agents who work that specific region marked as “raindrops.” The higher your raindrop is on the board, the more transactions you’ve done. It’s a fun, friendly competition in the office.
