As a teenager, our founder purchased a home with her father who worked at Weyerhaeuser in the 1990s. Her father knew the importance of education and hard work, so he utilized his spare time on weekends, afterhours, and summers to invest in real estate. The proceeds from these investment homes went to supporting his eight children around Washington toward college tuition or purchasing their first homes.
Our founder got her real estate license while in college and exited an architecture major to help others make decisions about their real estate purchase, sales, and investments. She joined a progressive, real estate technology company as an employee and started learning real estate management.
Traveling all over the US with a young family, she worked with other Directors in building and growing real estate operations for a publicly traded company. When her father was diagnosed with serious cancer, our Founder returned to Washington to open her own brokerage firm.
With a strong business background and a unique understanding of lead generation in real estate, she was unable to find a brokerage in Washington that met all her expectations. It became clear to her she would need to open a quality brokerage firm in Washington that offered more for her clients, real estate agents and other like-minded business owners.
