We will dive into aspects of forms for buyers, disclosure law, and what is needed to write up an offer. Will go over the changes that have been happening to the forms and what that all means. We will end the class with some roleplaying of calls and practice writing an offer with the forms based on various scenarios including negotiation with the listing agent in a mock multiple offer scenario!
