In the 3rd module of the LIST course we will be understanding the different marketplace and strategies around pricing of a property. We will discuss how this understanding can hinder and or benefit a listing now and in the future and to ultimately get the listing sold.  Key takeaways: How to determine pricing and create an MVP.

Note the first 3 modules can be taken out of order but need to be completed before you can present in Board Review (LIST 4)

4 Clock hour class – to get your certificate you will need to be present, interact, be on camera for zoom, and turn in homework by the following Thursday.
