Victoria is a natural connector who thrives on building community, sparking ideas, and helping others succeed. Her diverse career spans emergency management, property operations, senior living, and nonprofit leadership, consistently demonstrating operational excellence and a people-first approach. She is known for streamlining workflows, managing complex logistics, and creating environments where teams can thrive. Outside of work, Victoria has held a wide range of nonprofit leadership roles, from PTA councils to booster clubs. In these positions, she facilitated training sessions, led fundraising efforts, and built inclusive, high-energy communities.
In her current role as Executive Assistant to our CEO, she manages calendars, coordinates meetings, and ensures communication flows seamlessly across departments. We are grateful to have her at Best Choice Realty, as she provides high-level support that keeps operations running smoothly and efficiently.
When she’s not in the office, Victoria finds great joy in her family life. Her two daughters are her best friends and greatest inspiration, often sharing laughs over movies, TikToks, music, theater, and spontaneous living room karaoke nights. At home, she’s happily outnumbered by the sweetest pair of tabby cat sisters who keep things lively. Victoria also loves to travel, get creative with crafts, and spend time near the water, especially when she’s out paddleboarding on a quiet morning! Whether it’s a weekend getaway or a simple moment at home, she’s always seeking connection, adventure, and a little splash of fun!
