We have a simple transaction fee taken out of your compensation and that’s it for Best Choice Realty. We are transparent with other state, insurance and tax fees. There are no hidden costs and everything is clearly explained so you know exactly what to expect. We provide consistent hands-on training and live sessions from Managing Brokers and clock hour instructors along with on-demand resources. There is 1:1 mentorship for new agents and a coach for experienced agents. Yes. Most of our agents work from home, an office, or both. Our systems are built for flexibility. You’re not chained to a desk to be productive here. You’ll be able to stay connected with local support staff in our various offices and expand your support by meeting with other agents at our live or virtual mastermind meetings.

There is a no-cost CRM, a lead pond, marketing templates, lead tracking, transaction management, cloud storage and more.
