In Washington, we offer three flexible plans including a 100% commission option with a low flat transaction fee. Idaho and Oregon agents have one strong plan. All states have no franchise fees. No royalties. Full details on your call.
We have a simple transaction fee taken out of your compensation and that’s it for Best Choice Realty. We are transparent with other state, insurance and tax fees. There are no hidden costs and everything is clearly explained so you know exactly what to expect. Because we offer different options depending on your goals, the best way to understand any other fees for your business is to have a quick conversation.

We provide consistent hands-on training and live sessions from Managing Brokers and clock hour instructors along with on-demand resources. There is 1:1 mentorship for new agents and a coach for experienced agents. You can count on weekly coaching and training that’s open to all agents across the United States, regardless of where they’re licensed. No strings attached. Ask about these options in your meeting.
Yes. Most of our agents work from home, an office, or both. Our systems are built for flexibility. You’re not chained to a desk to be productive here. You’ll be able to stay connected with local support staff in our various offices and expand your support by meeting with other agents at our live or virtual mastermind meetings.
