About Mckinley Willhite

Mckinley supports the daily flow of business and keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes from Coeur d’Alene Idaho. Her journey with BCR actually began in 2020, helping out the business during the pandemic. Now, as an operations coordinator, Mckinley is always willing to give a helping hand. She enjoys being part of the fast-paced world of real estate and finds satisfaction in helping others succeed. Mckinley is currently studying Criminology at Gonzaga University, with the long-term goal of working in law enforcement. She’s known for showing up with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a heart for service. Outside of work and school, Mckinley loves spending time with her family, getting outdoors, and volunteering with local law enforcement and search and rescue teams. Known for her strong work ethic, cheerful attitude, and commitment to helping others, Mckinley brings heart and drive to everything she does.
