About Tara Pease
Operations Coordinator
Tara Pease is a personable and detail-oriented real estate broker who thrives on helping people navigate change and move forward with confidence. As Operations Coordinator at Best Choice Realty, she supports brokers joining the company—whether newly licensed or transitioning from other brokerages—helping them onboard smoothly and successfully. She understands that change can feel overwhelming, and she provides steady guidance, clear communication, and practical support to make the process as seamless as possible.
With over six years of real estate experience, beginning as a Transaction Coordinator supporting 100+ transactions, Tara brings strong operational expertise in how real estate transactions progress from contract to closing. She holds a Business degree from the University of Washington Tacoma, has more than 30 years of customer service experience, and a background in records and information management. This combination allows her to bring structure to complexity while maintaining a calm, approachable, and people-focused style.
In addition to her operational role, Tara supports sellers and buyers—both in-state and out-of-state—by guiding them through smooth, well-managed transactions from listing to closing. She helps clients stay informed and confident throughout the process, coordinating communication across multiple parties and managing the logistical details involved in relocations, estate-related sales, and cross-region transactions so they can move forward with clarity and confidence.
Tara is also a real estate Clock Hour Instructor. For Best Choice Umbrella Learning, she develops curriculum, obtains course approvals, and teaches clock hour classes. She also teaches through CE at Sea, an external continuing education provider, delivering live, in-person instruction aboard cruise ships for Washington State real estate licensees.
Outside of work, Tara enjoys gardening, travel, and camping adventures with her husband, as well as volunteering in the communities she is part of and serving in various roles within her church. She and her husband have a long history with dogs—primarily Saint Bernards—and currently foster Saint Bernards and other gentle giant breeds.
And if you ever want a conversation starter: ask her about being part of a Guinness World Record.
