E-NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION: $35/mo
Newsletters are created and emailed to the subscriber the first week of each month.
The newsletter file is easily copied from email to email.
Your newsletter will have:
Custom newsletter header (contact info and headshot) – hyperlinked to your website
Newsletter content: 3-5 articles (real estate, finance, local news, lifestyle, home)
Featured Best Choice Realty listings (3)
Footer hyperlinked to BCR office locations
CBA LISTING INPUT: $150
An incredible value for brokers who are not members of the Commercial Brokers Association. Includes listing input upload into CBA so it can be syndicated and marketed to the Commercial brokers in the Northwest region.
ONLINE SOCIAL MEDIA SYNDICATION: $50
Active listing syndication to BCR social media platforms: FB, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google My Business. Emailed links to listing broker to share with clients.
DBA (DOING BUSINESS AS): $400
Best Choice Realty is one of few brokerages that allow agents the creative flexibility to take advantage of their own branding, as long as it follows compliance regulations. The Washington State Department of Licensing (DOL) requires agents or teams to set up an Assumed Name (DBA). Costs include a consultation to ensure your custom branding is in compliance as well as all the necessary documents are completed and submitted with the DOL. The fee for an Assumed Name (DBA) must be renewed every 2 years. Assumed Names (DBAs) are subject to approval by Best Choice Realty and must meet these guidelines stipulated by the DOL and Broker.
